Retreat Schedule July 20-26, 2026
Day 1: Sunday, July 20 – Arrival
- 15:00-17:45 Check-in and welcome tea
- 18:30-19:30 Dinner
- 20:00-22:00 Opening circle and kirtan
Days 2-5: Monday-Thursday – Full Retreat Days
Each day follows this rhythm:
Morning
- 06:30 Meditation
- 07:00 Morning tea
- 08:00 Yoga or forest walk
- 09:00 Breakfast
- 10:15 Morning gathering
- 11:00-13:00 Kirtan workshops
Afternoon
- 13:00 Arti and meditation
- 13:30 Lunch
- 14:30 Free time for personal practice and rest
- 16:00 Practice groups
Evening
- 17:00 Restorative yoga
- 18:30 Dinner
- 20:00-22:00 Evening kirtan
Day 6: Friday, July 25 – Celebration Day
Same daily rhythm, culminating in:
- 20:00-22:00 Closing ceremony with practice group performances
Day 7: Saturday, July 26 – Departure
- 06:30 Morning tea
- 07:00 Final meditation
- 08:00 Yoga
- 09:00 Breakfast
- 10:30 Farewells and departure
About Practice Groups
Participants will be organized into small groups of 4-5 people to form kirtan bands. Each group will prepare a kirtan song of their choice to share during the closing ceremony on Friday evening.
